   • Customers can return products within "303 days" of receiving them, this does not apply to pre-releases or if otherwise stated.

   • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

   • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

   • We value our beta testers. By purchasing Dubby, you have an exclusive chance to join our beta tester community. We'd love to invite you to our closed Discord and Facebook Groups for a collaborative product development experience.
